I present a very interesting proposal called Pandora Mirabilia. This is a labor union composed of women that address issues communic ation (audiovisual and written), critical analysis of messages and gender equity (responsibility, care, violence against women, participation). Pandora offers workshops for violence prevention, education in communication through the critical analysis of media messages and the creative use of new technologies. Offer training courses in radio, video, photography and ICT, and produce written and audiovisual materials to promote relations of good treatment and equity between women and men. As well as on co-education materials aimed at teachers in formal and informal spaces. Its
